The report is based on numbers drawn from the last half of 2006. Some of the information highlights of the report include:
  • The data clearly identifies busiest days and hours for lead delivery, which can be great information if you’re looking to optimize your staffing effectiveness. The busiest day for lead delivery was Mondays and the busiest hour was the to hour.
  • 46% of a property’s leads are coming in after-hours, and 30.86% of the after-hours leads are occurring in the evening (5:01 pm to 11:59 pm).
  • The top three days leads prefer to tour a community, in order of preference, are Saturday, Friday and Monday.
  • Most prospects are choosing to tour the property between the hours of noon to pm, with still being the most popular hour of the day for a tour. The second most popular hour of the day is 3 pm.
